WEDDING CEREMONY
Weddings
To provide consultations and counseling for newlyweds who intend to enter the matrimonial waters in the right way. We perform Sharia weddings in accordance with the laws of the country.

Youth Programs
After-school program, ACT/SAT test courses, high school senior seminars – college prep, college visits, socials, field trips, sports/games, winter and summer camp.

Ramadan
Joint breaking of the fast with iftar every weekend, recitation of the Qur’an (muqabala) every day after midday prayers, tarawih prayers, special program during Laylatul-Qadr and worship until dawn, both for adults and children and youth.

Consultations
Temptations do not escape any of us from time to time. When tempted, we need advice and guidance on how to respond in a given situation. The imam and his professional associates have rich experience in giving instructions to youth, family members, at weddings and when a death in the family happens.

When we find ourselves in a situation where we cannot decide on a choice that would be the best for this world and the Hereafter, for ourselves and for our entire family. SABAH offers its members the opportunity to consult our imam with dilemmas regarding making life decisions in order to receive an answer based on tradition and God’s law.

Interfaith work
This work entails regular meetings (monthly) where the following are discussed: Similarities between religions, bridging gaps and developing mutual understanding and trust, developing tolerance towards the other and different, removing prejudices, celebrating our common achievements together. We see the opportunity to teach others about Islam as our chance for our own spiritual development.

Arbitration
Instead of resolving our differences through the courts, as Muslims, we are obliged to find a way to resolve conflicts in marriage and business, etc. resolved by agreement. The mosque offers objective arbitration in resolving interpersonal conflicts.
MEMORIAL SERVICES
Funerals and Burials
When the inevitable happens to us – a death in the family, the details of organizing a funeral and burial can be very challenging. Our center provides services through MFS (Muslim Funeral Services) which include cremation, shrouding, cremation and burial.

Organization of the Hajj
Hajj is one of the five fundamental Islamic duties. Our center, in cooperation with ICNAB, will organize a trip to Mecca and Medina for its members every year with the aim of performing Hajj and Umrah.
MeKTEB
Weekend School
On weekend days, SABAH provides classes through which our children and youth can learn about wisdom, which is not limited by time or space. There they gain knowledge that will help them gain a solid understanding of their faith, ethics and morals. Classes are held on Saturdays in both Bosnian and English.
